I’d like to take a moment to thank our five partner municipalities for your ongoing support of the work we do to support prosperity in Rural Oxford.
We are all navigating an economic and political landscape that continues to be dynamic and filled with uncertainty. Our Economic Development team works hard to support business growth and investment and our success lies in our collective strength.
This year, Rural Oxford EDC celebrated 10 years in service and we launched a new “Discover Rural Oxford” initiative in partnership with Canada’s Outdoor Farm Show. I am proud of the work we do and grateful to be a steward of this fine community organization.
Each year, I find the exercise of creating our Year in Review report both rewarding and humbling, as we gather examples of our efforts to support five rural business communities – and most importantly – the incredible impact our rural businesses make in their communities.
Being able to connect with local business and land owners to support rural growth and investment opportunities is a true honour. Rural Oxford is an incredible place to work and live to create a prosperous future. We hope you enjoy this highlight reel… and we are already looking forward to the year ahead.
