Discover Rural Oxford Exhibitor

Participating Marketing Partners will:

• Be featured in the “Discover Rural Oxford” Exhibit during Canada’s Outdoor Farm Show (includes booth essentials), valued at $2500
• Be promoted throughout a “Discover Rural Oxford” digital campaign, including a “Business Spotlight” reel filmed at your location, valued at $2000
• Be cross-promoted with Canada’s Outdoor Farm Show marketing material
• Receive two free admission tickets to the Farm Show (for staff)/ per day

Participating Marketing Partners will commit to:

• Creating an interactive and engaging booth space. Booths will be open and will need to be set up with attractive signage and displays with the ability to taste, touch, smell or demo products 
• Bringing a POS system to sell products direct from exhibit
• Providing all extra equipment required to run their booth space effectively (extension cords, coolers, trays, single serve items, table cloths etc.)
• Adequately staffing their booth for set up, three full days at the Farm Show, and tear down
• Abide by the scheduling provided by Rural Oxford EDC
• Cross-promoting “Discover Rural Oxford” digital content 
• Providing an inclusive and welcoming space to fellow vendors and patrons
• Respond to a post-event Participant Survey, sharing Participant Testimonial 

Eligibility Criteria

• Businesses with a physical location in a Rural Oxford township or tourism-oriented business in Oxford County with a current business listing on tourismoxford.ca. (While our first intake will prioritize rural applicants, we are excited for the new partnerships that have helped us expand the program and open a second intake so we can welcome applications from businesses across Oxford County.)
• Applicants must be the original designer, owner, or creator of their brand. Please note that Direct Sales, Multi-Level Marketing (MLM), and Network Marketing models are not eligible for this program.
• To ensure a successful partnership, your business should have a functional website and an established, active presence on at least two social media platforms.
• Successful applicants must agree to act as an engaged Marketing Partner, actively participating in and promoting the “Discover Rural Oxford” program.
• If you meet the criteria but cannot attend all 3 days of the show, please still complete the application

The full value of this entire Discover Rural Oxford at Canada’s Outdoor Farm Show Program is $92,000. In order for all participants to benefit from this community collaboration, all Marketing Partners must fulfil their commitment.

Rural Oxford Economic Development reserves the right to invoice participants who do not fulfill their role in the community collaboration in the amount of $2500+HST, which is equivalent to recouping the cost of being a vendor at Canada’s Outdoor Farm Show per day.
