Our economic development team is overseen by a volunteer governance Board, comprised of ten Directors, two representatives from each member municipality.

The Need for a New Plan

In 2021, Rural Oxford EDC secured a consultant to create a 5-year roadmap for the organization outlining its 2022-2027 strategic objection and goals, actionable activities, and related performance measures. Staff have completed the majority of actionable activities in the 5-year plan and agree that it’s time for Board and Staff to undertake a new Strategic Plan process to ensure alignment of strategic priorities.

Rural Oxford EDC is looking for a Consultant to lead a Strategic Plan process and deliver a 3-4 year roadmap for the organization, outlining its 2026-2029 strategic objection and goals, actionable activities, and related performance measures.
